What is ReVanced Manager?
ReVanced Manager is the official app of the ReVanced project. Instead of downloading a finished app, you give it the original APK (for example YouTube) and it applies the ReVanced patches on your phone. You decide exactly which features to add.
It supports many apps — YouTube, YouTube Music, Reddit, Twitter/X, TikTok and more. If you only want YouTube, the ready-made ReVanced APK is quicker.
How to install ReVanced Manager
Non-rooted phones
- Download the ReVanced Manager APK from this page.
- Open it and allow installs from unknown sources when Android asks.
- Tap Install and open the app. Allow storage access so it can save patched apps.
Rooted phones
Install the Manager the same way. When patching, choose the root install option to replace the original app instead of installing a second copy — no MicroG needed.
How to patch YouTube with ReVanced Manager
- Install ReVanced MicroG (non-root only).
- Open the Manager and go to Patcher → Select an application. Note the YouTube version it recommends.
- Download that exact YouTube APK version from a trusted APK site and select it.
- Tap Select patches; the recommended set is a good start.
- Tap Patch. Patching takes 2–10 minutes. Then tap Install.
Patching needs about 2 GB of free storage. On older or low-memory phones, use the ready-made YouTube ReVanced APK instead.
